APPLICATIONS FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - EUROPE
March Plasma, part of the Nordson Advanced Technologies Group, which is a world leader in dispensing and plasma treatment equipment for the electronics, automotive, telecommunication and medical industry, is looking for a dynamic engineer for their European business-activities, which are located in Maastricht (the Netherlands)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Your duties will be providing applications and technical support to customers by supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities such as:
Organizing and performing of customer demonstrations and hosting customer lab visits;
Onsite and factory repair of products to module level;
Installation of equipment, supporting buy off activities and providing of training to customers;
Providing support for trade shows, customer sites and telephone inquiries;
Assessing the customers’ technical requirements and making sure that quotes and orders meet those requirements;
Conducting limited analysis of test samples, using lab instruments and reporting results in standardized format.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Engineer in Electronics or electronic engineering or equivalent through experience

3-5 Years experience in similar position

Outstanding communication and language skills (preferably English, Dutch, French and German) as well as analytic skills

Ability to deal effectively with customers
-
Regular travel within Europe is required
