March Plasma Systems Announces Opening of New China Applications and Demonstration Laboratory at Semicon China 2008
Concord, CA, March 10, 2008 – March Plasma Systems, the global leader in advanced plasma treatment systems, is announcing at this year’s Semicon China trade show that it has opened a new, state-of-the-art applications development and demonstration laboratory at its offices in Shanghai, China.
