March Plasma Systems to Exhibit and Demo at Semicon Taiwan

Concord, CA, August 29, 2008 – March Plasma Systems, announced today that it will be exhibiting at this year's SEMICON TAIWAN trade show, located at the Taipei World Trade Center, Taiwan from September 9 through 11. March will be co-exhibiting with Taiwan sales and service representative Premtek International, Inc. in booth number 680.
March Plasma Systems will have on display the FlexTRAK-WR system designed for a variety of wafer level packaging (WLP) applications, such as photoresist descum, light ashing, wafer surface cleaning and contamination removal. Also on display the AP-1000 plasma treatment system capable of a variety of plasma modes and can handle a wide range of plasma gasses. The AP-1000 remains the best-in-class choice for batch-type semiconductor and microelectronics applications.
