customer support center at www.plasmapowerplus.com. Customers
now have immediate online access to technical information
about their March plasma applications, process development,
and equipment.
March's Plasma PowerPlus web service provides immediate,
consistent quality responses to questions regardless of time
zone. PowerPlus is an integrated Internet-based eService software
solution powered by a self-learning, customer-driven knowledge
base and engineering experts. The March database is fully
searchable by application, product, keywords or phrases. In
addition, customers can post questions that will be answered
within 24 hours by a March expert.
March Plasma Systems plans to continuously expand the capabilities
of their Plasma PowerPlus web service. New product releases,
technical support tips, and newly released product manuals
will be announced on the site. Links to online documentation,
more detailed answers to questions and collateral materials
will also be available.
March offers a full range of plasma systems from batch to
in-line systems. Batch systems have flexible shelf configurations
to accommodate process carriers, magazines and circuit boards.
In-line systems can support single or multiple carriers per
run, and are SMEMA-compatible with the option of SECS/GEM
host integration.
