March's Plasma PowerPlus™ web service provides immediate, consistent quality responses to questions regardless of time zone. PowerPlus is an integrated Internet-based eService software solution powered by a self-learning, customer-driven knowledge base and engineering experts. The March database is fully searchable by application, product, keywords or phrases. In addition, customers can post questions that will be answered within 24 hours by a March expert.
