March Plasma Systems to Exhibit New Product at JPCA Tokyo, Japan
May 30 ~ June 1, 2007
Concord , CA, May, 2007 –March Plasma Systems, a subsidiary of Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ: NDSN) announced today that it will be exhibiting a new product at this year's JPCA trade show, located at the Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan from Wednesday May 30 through Friday June1. March will be co-exhibiting with March's Japan sales and service representative, Nippo Electronics in booth number 5A-16.
"March participates in all key industry trade shows world-wide. We want to give our customers the chance to see our newest products in person, understand our leading-edge technology, and interact with our plasma experts and scientists," said Frank Huysmans, Vice President of Sales at March Plasma Systems.
March will be showing a new plasma system at this year's show: The FP64 System, which is a high-throughput plasma treatment system for processing Flexible Printed Circuit Board Materials. The FP64 is designed to address the growing need for processing of Flex Materials such as Polyimide, LCP and others. The FP64 is used for surface activation of the coverlay material in Flex Panels to promote adhesion and prevent delamination.
The FP64 system is capable of running up to sixteen 18” x 24” panels per run for a remarkable throughput performance of 64 panels per hour. The FP64 offer superior efficiency with an “all in system” design. All of the major components required for system operation such as the vacuum pump are built into the system to minimize required floor space.
March Plasma Systems cordially invites you to visit us at the Nippo Electronics booth during the JPCA show to discuss how our advanced plasma processing can improve your production yield, reduce defects, and increase reliability.
