received the 2002 Advanced Packaging award for its
XTRAK
In-Line Plasma Treatment system at the Advanced
Packaging Awards ceremony held in conjunction with
the Semicon West show in July 2002.
The
Advanced Packaging Award acknowledges the finest examples
of creative advancement in technology in 14 critical
areas. The March XTRAK system was awarded in the Surface
Treatment category. An independent panel of industry
experts served as judges.
