March Plasma Systems to Exhibit Two New Products at Semicon Taiwan September 11 ~ 13, 2006
Concord, CA, August 2006 – March Plasma Systems announced today that it will be exhibiting two new products at this year's Semicon Taiwan trade show, located at the Taipei World Trade Center in Taipei, Taiwan from Monday September 11 through Wednesday September 13. March will be co-exhibiting with March's Taiwan sales and service representative, Premtek International Inc. in booth number 162 and 262 in Hall 1.
"March participates in all key industry trade shows world-wide. We want to give our customers the chance to see our newest products in person, understand our leading-edge technology, and interact with our plasma experts and scientists," said Frank Huysmans, Vice President of Sales at March Plasma Systems.
March will be showing two new plasma systems at this year's show: The FlexTRAK-SH system, which is a high-throughput plasma treatment system for processing strip-type substrates, and the newly redesigned AP-1000 system, which is a "batch"-type plasma treatment system for processing a large number of piece-parts or parts inside of magazines.
The FlexTRAK-SH system has an advanced, fully-integrated "magazine-to-magazine" handling system and can process up to 5 strips at one time in the plasma chamber for truly remarkable throughput performance.
The newly redesigned AP-1000 system is 24% smaller in actual footprint, and 45% smaller in effective footprint, thanks to its new chassis design. Re-qualification for most applications is not required, because the system continues to use the same plasma chamber design and key components such as the RF generator and vacuum pumping system.
March Plasma Systems cordially invites you to visit us at the Premtek booths during the show to discuss how our advanced plasma processing can improve your production yield, reduce defects, and increase device reliability.
