US Circuit, Inc. chose March's PCB 2800 system for its process uniformity and capacity capabilities. The PCB 2800 system is configured with 14 cells, each cell holding 18 x 24 inch PCB panels vertically. Its unique electrode design provides efficient and uniform plasma throughout the chamber.
